Jane Ann Palmer did an awesome job selling our house. She is a very motivated, very informative, and kept us up to date on everything that was going on during the listing and sale of our house. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase or sell a home.

Years ago, we had contacted Lori about viewing a prospective home to purchase, and she did a great job showing us the ins and outs of the properties, and was generally all around knowledgeable and forthwith about the state of the property. In the fall of 2020, we were looking at purchasing a house again, and by chance alone, she was the realtor for this property as well. She recognized my wife and I, and helped us put in a purchase offer. That particular house was not able to meet the standards for our loan, and she got us an immediate showing at the house on Arbutus which we ultimately bought. She was professional, helpful, and friendly throughout all of our dealings with her.

Renee McConnell is a go-getter! She keeps the lines of communication open and honest, and is approachable when questions may arise that as a seller, I may not have fully understood. Renee is patient but assertive, and I'm so happy she was my representative I'm selling my home. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Mid-Michigan. She knows her stuff, and it shows!

The first case of COVID was identified in Michigan the exact day we wrote our offer with Sandi Jeffrey. She worked through all the challenges we experienced with the state shutdown and constantly changing regulations. We still closed on time and Sandi kept everything moving forward even as we were all facing unique challenges due to the outbreak. I am so glad we worked with Sandi given everything that happened because her years of experience helped us to find exactly what we were looking for and allowed us to still move forward during uncertain times.

I had very high standards and expectations of our agent going in to the buying market. Sandi was quick to respond and set up viewings. She knows the area and what our needs and wants were. She knew the house we bought would be perfect for us based on listening to what our thoughts were on each house we had already toured. I don't think we would have been able to get this house if Sandi Jeffrey wasn't our agent!
